It doesn’t matter what you have coming up in your life, there will never be a ‘right time’ to start leading a healthier lifestyle. So you can either keep putting it off, or learn how to change your lifestyle in real time. Just join!
Most of our members join fixated with the number on the scales, then realise that it actually means very little. You can, however, expect to lose on average 0.5% of your current bodyweight per week, if you follow our advice.
